Mechanical design experience.
Knowledge of, or experience with the WindowsTM operating system.
Completed the SolidWorks Basic Training course.

- Introduction to PhotoWorks
Describe the key characteristics of the PhotoWorks software. Identify the principal components of the PhotoWorks user interface.
- Basic Part Rendering
Describe the basic steps to render a model with the PhotoWorks software. Apply material to a model, feature and face. Apply background scenes.
- Textures and Scenes
Apply texture mapped materials to models Add scenery to renderings.
- Scenery, Lighting and Decals
Add bases and sides to scenes. Add new lights to a scene. Control shadows. Create and apply decals.
- Assemblies and Configurations
Apply materials in assemblies. Apply material to part configurations. Apply materials to scenes.
- Output Options
Render to screen. Control screen rendering speed. Render using contours. Render to various file types.
