This is accomplished by leveraging the file management capabilities and ease of use of SOLIDWORKS PDM Professional and adding powerful project, process, and item management capabilities. SOLIDWORKS Manage provides an easy upgrade path to a distributed data management system. Distributed data management refers to the ability of the system to be utilized, or distributed to, many different groups within an organization.
